Pavlova is a unique dessert created by an Australian chef for a famous Russian ballerina by the name of Anna Pavlova in the 1930s. Taste wise, the crust or meringue outside is crunchy and the cream inside is fluffy and smooth. The meringue is sweet and the cream tastes just about right. Not too sweet wtih fruits added to spice up freshness to the Pavlova.
